All pricing for these premium packages are built to reward your commitment level and are very flexible. If you have any questions or feel that their isn't an option for you give me a call or email. There are multiple paths to your goal, and I'm here to help you navigate them.
The Fat Burner
The fat burner is a comprehensive life changing plan that works for you in and outside of the gym. Best results are usually found with 2 sessions a week.
There are many options, including 30 minute sessions, but a basic plan looks like this:
•4 sessions, 1 plan= $240 (1 hour)
•8 sessions, 1 plan=$420 (1 hour)
•12 sessions,1 plan=$600 (1 hour)

Fit Camp is a group training package brought to your work, event, or home.
Groups start at 4 and can go up to a max of 12. 1 hour and thirty minute sessions are offered to accommodate different scheduling needs. A basic plan looks like this:
$12 per participant for 1 hour
$9 per participant for 30 min
4 participants x 4 sessions= $192 (1 hour)
4 participants x 4 sessions= $144 (30 minutes)
5 participants x 4 sessions= $200 (1 hour)
Fit Camps are easy to keep fresh and can be done with kickboxing, traditional boot camp style, and circuit training. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged as workouts can and will be modified.
